2. Use Fluoride Toothpaste:

  • Apply a pea-sized amount of fluoride toothpaste to your toothbrush. Fluoride helps prevent tooth decay.

3. Wet Your Toothbrush:

  • Wet the toothbrush with water before applying the toothpaste.

4. Brushing Technique:

  • Hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to your gums.
  • Use short, gentle back-and-forth strokes, making sure to brush all surfaces of your teeth, including the outer, inner, and chewing surfaces.
  • Pay special attention to the gumline and hard-to-reach areas.

5. Brush Your Tongue:

  • Gently brush your tongue to remove bacteria and freshen your breath. You can use your toothbrush or a tongue scraper for this.
